Are you on Facebook?

The television news likes to blame the inernet for many things. They want people to spend many hours watching them and not using the internet. The news tends to lump everything done using the internet as the same thing. So they consider use of C# Corner to be as bad as playing any of thousands of games. Are there any stories about the successful use of Facebook? Probably not. Are you sure there are no instances of the successful use of Facebook?

I think I heard about the man that gave a woman a ring that he stole. If I did hear about it then it was in the local news here. There are many more instances of the police using the internet to catch criminals. If not Facebook then people would use something else.

It is frustrating that the media places so much emphsasis on bad news. There was a time when our area was having some bad fires that were burning up many areas including homes. The one near us avoided most or all homes but when it was burning the news covered it quite extensively. When it was put out the other fires were covered, but they said nothing about the good news that the fire near us was out. We wanted to know about the one near us but they only showed the bad news. I am sure there were other fires that other people cared about that the news did not cover after they became good news.

The news is biased. There are also good news about Facebook that the news ignores.

There is a lot of room for improvement of Facebook. I consider that to be an opportunity, not a problem.
