Thanks Sam! We have stopped working on current version. New version is being re-architected, re-designed, and rewritten. I think it is probably smart to just focus on the new version :)

It still happens sometimes and I think the problem happens when I post a comment to an article that I have had open for a while. In other words, it seems to be a timeout problem. That is different from past theories but I hope this latest theory is the actual explanation. Since timeout issues such as this are common, it makes sense that it is the cause for this too.
