Ask About IIS

Question

Hi all, I wanna ask about IIS...why i always can't be acess file .asp (for example : http://localhost) ... but file .aspx i can acess..the error message : Server Application Error...my directory security in default website IIS i was setting like this : Authentication Methods -> I checked Anonymous access, checked Allow IIS to control password, checked integrated Windows Authentication....i saw in event viewer Event Type: Error Event Source: DCOM Event Category: None Event ID: 10004 Date: 04-Mar-2005 Time: 08:28:01 AM User: N/A Computer: PMIT007 Description: DCOM got error "Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer. " and was unable to logon .\IWAM_PMIT007 in order to run the server: {3D14228D-FBE1-11D0-995D-00C04FD919C1} But if i restart my IIS, i can be access it...why can happen like that..? anybody help me....thanks...
