[Ask].ini file on project solution

I just new here and a beginner on C#

Just want to ask a question.
I've learn C# for mobile using lab manual book. there is a step said, that I've to find .ini file on project solution folder. but I can't found it. Any suggest?

the book telling me to create one for example code from the book. the next step after that is making the installer for the project, but to finish the installer i've to find .ini file, but i can't found that in my project folder. is there a way to create the .ini file?

.ini files are deprecated by todays standards for .NET projects. Is the book telling you to create one for example code included in the book or is it supposed to be an .ini file generated by Visual Studio for your project?
