ASP.Net with Angular 10

How can we make a web application using asp.Net and angular, I which the front end should be in only angular than what will be the task of asp.Net?

Angular is your UI , but UI needs data isn't it?
You may have database , now to get data from database or to manipulate it in anyway , you can write API (using .Net Web API (Core/old)), once your API is ready , you can easily bind your Angular page with data that you want, yes you need a tutorial on .Net with Angular for that.
Angular is also used with MVC, though for a single page Application Angular(UI)+API(Backend Logic) is sufficient.

ASP.NET core API and ASP.NET Web API are used as back-end. front end can be Angular or React. APIs are use for server side and data driven single page applications.
