I want to solve this error permanent.

please anyone can solve this problem?

error-

Error    17    Unable to copy file "obj\Debug\DES_ODS.dll" to "bin\DES_ODS.dll". The process cannot access the file 'bin\DES_ODS.dll' because it is being used by another process.    DES_ODS
