asp.net data table related due to adding colomn with default

dtClassUSer.Columns.Add("school_Code", typeof(string),"0123545").SetOrdinal(4);

 

i am adding value above like this but after aading in datatable remove 0 from data table coloumn value plse help me how to fix it,
