Asp.Net Forms And I Implemented Asp.Net Routing jquery ajax

I am using asp.net 4.5 routing and i cant access my WebMethod that

i have made. It is inside a web user control my webmethod and i

am handling which web user control to add to default.aspx based

on the url.

help me

One common possiblity due to which we can not able to access webmethod in jquery ajax :

To allow this Web Service to be called from script, using ASP.NET AJAX, uncomment the following line [System.Web.Script.Services.ScriptService].
