Asp.Net Grid View???

I have a location column in Grid view,I want to display the location information with in link ,when we will click on link the location name should be display in pop up,please kindly find the below attachment,it contains images

you can bind location from database on tooltip of linkbutton(location) and use css for tooltip
add any class for tooltip
or use label instead of hyperlink
```
 <asp:HyperLink ID="HyperLink1" runat="server"  class="tooltip"
ToolTip='<%# Eval("location") %>' Text="job location">asp:HyperLink>
