Hello , i have confusion that after learning core asp.net , and currently i am learning asp.net mvc , and in MCA last yer , college placement is going on , so how i can prepare all neccesary thing that help me to be a asp.net mvc developer , and please mention any link or resources that help me , Thanks

You would also need SQL knowledge in your tool-set. Unfortunately, I see the knowledge of SQL which is central to everything is hugely underestimated.

If your fresher then you that things doesnt matter, keep theory part perfect.

but i want to ask that i have done only few example but i cant find useful codes that atleast help me to understand its process

website like this, and tutorialpoint.com would give you lot of information. As your saying that you are learning all these things then that will surely help you in your job hunt. Also, prepare be prepared for page life cycle, mvc life cycle, state management in Asp.net. etc part.
