asp.net mvc application using HeidiSql

i am using asp.net mvc using repositary and database is mysql with store proceure when i am develop application using this my application is very slow because i want to display thousand of record at page load time so what is the better way in asp.net MVC Application

1. Are you using Jquery DataTable? -- Ans - yes 2. How you are getting records from DB ? Using EntityContext or StoredProcedure? Ans - using store procedureand create repositary class for call sp 3. How many records you want to show at page load time every time? Ans 10 Record using pagination

Their are many ways like 1) You can use lazy loading mvc. 2) You can use in built mvc pagination available.
