ASP.NET MVC - RBAC Security Code Failed

Question

I got this RBAC from https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/1079552/Custom-Roles-Based-Access-Control-RBAC-in-ASP-NE I tried implementing it. I was able to create the User, it accepted the password and asked me to enter the security code, which I do not have and nothing was sent to me email.

 

 

 

 

 

 Pleae how do I make it work? Either to be able to get the security code in the user Email or to bypass it.
