Return PartialView from an Action and also render it in between <div> using HTML helper Html.RenderPartial

Please try this,

1. Render your partial view when you load your page, but u should hide the content of your partial view.

@{Html.RenderPartial("Partial", Model); }

2. When u clicked on your create button set the div display property to 'block'
