in this example they are binding data from database in popup in place of that you need to bind status from database and show same way in model popup

when the user login into his portal immedialy one popup will be appear in his home page and notify the remaining pending status

You have to use Model Pop up using Ajax
For That First you have to create Body For Popup
than You have to display block it using ajax
