I have a problem with the current hosting server they have created a new space for me on another server , They gave me the credentials and i have published my project there , They gave me the IP as well

moreover we have also created a account for you on another server you can test your application on it by updating an entree in local-host. Kindly use the following details to access the test account.

how to test that should i upload the project on the new server and ping the previous domain or as per they said change the host file and then check locally , I do not know the procedure how to test that can anybody assists me
