assigning the password for downloaded file in asp.net application

hi ,

I have a one web application in which all the Secure tranactions are done..and their is one module in application..

that user can download the reports.. but before opening that donloaded report i wants to assign the password to the report..and then after the report will be open..

such in HDFC email Bank statement..

how to do it in asp.net application
