hey guys,

just wondering if anyone knows how to output the associated customer ID when i choose a name from a drop down list box

this is my code to display the names in a drop down. just need to bind the textbox to the dropdownlist.

unfortunatley i can not use a list box because values may change in the database and can not ne hardcoded..

do you know how to use a dropdownlist and textbox to do so?

This is how I would do it. Though this is a ListBox.
private void listBox_emails_SelectedIndexChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)

                        cnt = Convert.ToInt32(reader["id"]);
