Authentication error has come when I use the Infragistics ultraweb menu

Dear All,
I am using the Infragistics control in my ASP.Net Project. Implement the project in Webserver (Which is accessible through Internet).If I give the user name & password it will go to the main page, but it ask (Enter the network username and password). If I Remove the Infragistics Ultraweb menu control  then replace the .Net menu control it won't ask the network passwork. Anybody knows the problem please help me.
