Auto Email Scheduler in WPF or C# window application

Do the following steps -

1. Create a windows application
2. Declare a timer control on form.
   
3. On Form-load, start the timer
4. On Timer_Tick event, write the code to get all users to send email to and send them email via code.
5. Set the application to run on startup.
   

 Create A console application Write your Email Logic there and then you will get .exe
 Deploy that on server with TaskScheduler in WINDOWS IT DONE
