Auto Fill sharepoint list

Hi

I am working as a SharePoint developer i have question like i don't have any central administration and also developing environment except SPD,
so my question is,

When i enter data in my list after submit it has to take the my name, country and my line manager based upon the network login ID, please let me know if you have any answer

Its regular list which i was created using outofthe box features, i don't want to navigate to any other, my list has to take the all fields automatically( name of the login or id,line manager name, country)

What type of list that ?
After creating a new item, do you want to navigate to different page instead of AllItems.aspx ?
