Autoclose a Bid.

I am developing a web application.in this application i have more than one item for bid.Minimum bid on that item that bid will be open .whole process are done in every 1 hr..Means in each hour bid will be open.I want autoclose and open bid for each hour it is all in asp.net with C# and sql server 2005.

I am sorry but your question is not clear. I do not know if this is for a desktop application or a web site or what. Can you clarify what you need?
