I have a PDF Folder that contains pdf files named : (10001S_1956.12.13_14314_mar.pdf , etc....)
I need to create an application that reads word and converts it to HTML (already got this it is in the attachement), and when reading the word file if it happens that it reads "10001S_1956.12.13_14314_mar" it sould search if is available in the pdf folder is yes a link should be created automatically and if not text will staystatic
Can you help me with this please ?

Whoever gave Manikavelu's suggestions a negative rating, it would really help if they gave their answer, or at least explaind what the problem is.

The original question is very unclear; I am not sure what the question is. If it were possible to give questions a rating, then the original question should be rated as unclear instead of Manikavelu's attempt to help.

You cant do this with the basic C#. You need to install the 3rd party tools to read the pdf file and manipulate it. There were plenty of 3rd party tools available in the net. You can utilize the best one which suits your requirement.
