Autosize DataGridView and thier column to fill into the Container

Hello all,
I am using a Datagridview control. and set its Dock Property to Fill..It resize acording to the Container panel. but the Column does not.. If anyone knows how to resize column with the DatagridView, Plz reply.

This may be achieved by setting the AutoSizeColumnMode property of the DataGridView to "Fill"
