as far as what i know official id is always controlled using Active Directory. the moment your official id becomes inactive, you won't be able to access any resource linked to the subscription

Let us assume if i have offical subscription mapped with official Id can i share my subscriptions to personal account as well? If Yes how ? 

 

Incase if my official id expires still i have access to the azure portal using the personal account.

You can Add Multiple Subscription in Single Account but Multiple Account also possible, just share your subscriptions to another account.
