It's not a difficult thing if you use a barcode library in your project to create and print Code 39 barcode.

Here is the barcode component you need:

Here is the code snippet to generate Code 39:

//set the configuration of barcode
settings = new BarcodeSettings();
settings.Type = BarCodeType.Code39;
settings.Data = "123456789";
settings.ShowText = false;
settings.Unit = GraphicsUnit.Millimeter;
settings.ImageHeight = 4.0F;
BarCodeGenerator generator = new BarCodeGenerator(settings);
Image barcode = generator.GenerateImage();
//save the barcode as an image
barcode.Save(@"..\..\..\..\Data\barcode.png");
