Celv,
Your question is not very clear. Are you using a hardware barcode scanner or are you dealing with images that contain barcodes?
Also, are you doing the barcode recognition at the client side or the server side?
If you're using a hardware scanner and it doesn't work, you might want to contact the vendors of the hardware or search their website for updated device drivers.

Have you worked it out? I have only tried barcode reading process in java and barcode scanning process in C#.net. You can google it and select one whose way of process is simple and fast to help you. You'd better check its free trial package first. Good luck.
