Hi muhammad asif,

Use Free Spire.Barcode (just seach Free Spire.Barcode in NuGet). It's free of charge and very easy to use. Refer the following article to generate and read barcode with it.

You can use the following code to generate barcodes in windows form
// Create new barcode
Barcode barcode = new Barcode();
// Set symbology
barcode.Symbology = SymbologyType.Code39;
// Set value
barcode.Value = "Sample";
// Save barcode to image
barcode.SaveImage("result.png");
// Show image in default image viewer
Process.Start("result.png");
and can read barcode using the following one.
const string imageFile = "BarcodePhoto.jpg";
static void Main(string[] args)
{
Console.WriteLine("Reading barcode(s) from image {0}", Path.GetFullPath(imageFile));
Reader reader = new Reader();
reader.BarcodeTypesToFind.Code39 = true;
FoundBarcode[] barcodes = reader.ReadFrom(imageFile);
foreach (FoundBarcode barcode in barcodes)
Console.WriteLine("Found barcode with type '{0}' and value '{1}'", barcode.Type, barcode.Value);
Console.WriteLine("Press any key to exit..");
Console.ReadKey();
}
For using this code you need to include header file that is.

using Bytescout.BarCodeReader; For reading
using Bytescout.BarCode; For Generating Barcode.

You will get these libraries by installing "BytescoutBarCodeReaderSDK" and "BytescoutBarCodeSDK".

You can find both from the link below.
