BCA graduate(corresp) GNIIT diploma Now job or m.c.a

Question

I have 66% in10th 59 % in 12 and in 5th sem of my BCA(Distance education) its going Around 55 to 60% And Doing GNIIT (software engineering diploma of 3 years 2 year study 1 year internship )      

i have knowledge of c# c++ C , asp.net ajax java script ..jsp core java .............    but i'm good in asp and php

Now I'm Confused What should I do ? Prepare for M.C.A entrance for regular Gov college since i have 6 month left in my graduation to be completed .... 
OR
I should search for Job small company to hire me for lesser salary to gain my Professional experience 
MCA or JOB which is more good for my career and why please give to proper resion to get rid of dilemma ... or please give me forum name to for such educational question..

MY correspondence degree  and poor % in 10+2 is compelling me to go for MCA but i'm not good in maths to crack jnu or iit entrance ... i can only afford gov colleges .  :(

I just want someone to guide me to take right step .. how to plan my career .........    If i go for job what are benefits and loss please answer
