I have 54% in10th 60 % in 12 and in BCA 1st & 2nd year i have 75.1% & 81.3%  ,3rd year result is not yet declared.
i have knowledge of  c++, C , visual basic , sql , core java , foxpro , oracle............. but i'm good in visual basic and sql

Now I'm Confused What should I do ? Either prepare for M.C.A with correspondence/regular college .
OR
I should prepare for government sector jobs, by giving competitive exams like bank ,PO,SSC,etc .
OR
i should search for job in small company to hire me for lesser salary so that i can shows my best efforts,capabilities,creativity.
MCA or GOVERNMENT SECTOR JOBS or JOB in small company which is more good for my career and why please guide me by proper reason to get rid of dilemma ... or please give me forum name to for such educational question..

 
I just want someone to guide me to take right step .. how to plan my career ......... If i go for job or mca what are benefits and loss please answer
