Below image output i want in windows forms

for this you can use Notifyicon from tool box 

just drag and drop to your form, then you can see one notifyicon in below form, click on that and change the properties of Notifyicon 

-balloontipicon=Info

-balloontiptext=anytext

-balloontip title=anytext

-icon

-text

etc.

 

then add one button to you form

in click of this button

write like this

 

 then doubleclick on notfyicon then write below code
