hii, you have not specified that you want a get or post
what is this then?
var formContent = new MultipartFormDataContent
    {

        {new StringContent("value1"),"key1"},
        {new StringContent("value2"),"key2" },

    };
if you want to set content type then
request.Content.Headers.Add("ContentType", "multipart/form-data); // request is httpClient obj
