How to bind checkbox in mvc using jquery ajax? Let me know about the same.

I do not want to create checkbox dynamically.

There are two checkbox on view I want to bind them using jquery

so basically you are getting data from database in Ajax and now you want to add values to the checkbox.
checkbox do not have text property , you will have to add label to show texts.
$(':input[name="checkbox1"]').each(function () {
            var checkbox = $(this);

            checkbox.after($("").attr("for", checkbox.attr("id")).text(data.TestName));
        });

I want to bind data to checkbox using jquery ajax

Here is table Data
Id TestName
1 PSA
2 Vitamin Panel

I want to bind this data to two checkbox respectively

what do you mean by it exactly. if you are getting json in jquery then you can check checkbox like
if(data.response)
$('#chkBox').prop('checked', true);
