i dont have any idea for bind this code

You can use normal code to bind listview...
SqlCeDataReader dr = new cm.ExecuteReader();
         while(dr.Read()){
            ListViewItem item = new ListviewItem(dr["ContactName"].ToString());
            item.SubItems.Add(dr["RegistrationDate"].ToString());
            item.SubItems.Add(dr["Age"].ToString());
            listview1.Items.Add(item);
