Bio-metric device data read using console application

I need the source code which read data from Bio-metric machine ( using RJ450 port ) and create txt file of those Data. using ip address- 192.168.1.54 , port- 5005 and RJ450 (net lan cabel).  please provide me source code. I have no idea about it.
