Blank pages in ssrs pdf export because of long text in textfield

Hi,    
     I have a peculiar problem of records breaking into multiple pages in pdf export.Report is designed in ssrs 2005 and report deployment is done on ssrs 2008 server.

The report viewer displayes normally but when exported to pdf then the each row is spanned to multiple pages wasting extra pages.This happens only when large amount of text is present in one of the text fields of report.

I have tried the following things but all went in vein.

1)Page width within the rules.

2)keeptogether and fitontable set to true.

3)cangrow property adjusted

4)row heights adjuest to minimum

There is a textfield in detail section when text in this field is very large then data is spanned into multiple page eventhough it can be ajusted in 2 to 3 pages.

Please revert back with solution ASAP.
