Blocking all ports in VB.Net?

Is there a way to block all network ports except for some explicitly defined ones in VB.NET?

Yes. I have no idea how but if you look for some VB6 examples (you can find port functions in "nukes" which there are plenty of for VB6) you can simply open the project in VB.net and it should convert everything for you.
