The correct answer is A. Although the ValueType is actually derived from Object, it is the base type of all structures and is designed such that any types derived from it are implicitly sealed. One of those odds things you would think you would see in ever .NET book, but rarely do.

I guess I should have said "DIRECTLY DERIVED" to make it more clear. This is not to say your answer is correct or incorrect.
