breaking points problem in my program coded with C#

I am using breaking points in my program coded with C# but they don't work. The program exectue normally without stoping.

Could somone help me please?

set your code to debug mode for debugging.

Change to debug mode, now it's set to release mode. accept that answer if it is correct thanks
