Build Error in WPF MVVM Windows Form

Question

Hi ,

 

I am getting the below error while taking build of my WPF project which is MVVM model.Please clarify on how to resolve this

 

error MC1000: Unknown build error, 'Cannot resolve dependency to assembly 'Microsoft.Owin, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' because it has not been preloaded. When using the ReflectionOnly APIs, dependent assemblies must be pre-loaded or loaded on demand through the ReflectionOnlyAssemblyResolve event.'
