Hello please tell me how to Insert Bulk data In a table using Asp.net And C#

you can use sqlBulckcopy to transfer bulk data from source to destination,
using (SqlConnection con = new SqlConnection("Your_ConnectionString"))
       {
           using (SqlBulkCopy sqlBulkCopy = new SqlBulkCopy(con))
           {
               sqlBulkCopy.DestinationTableName = tablename;
               con.Open();
               sqlBulkCopy.WriteToServer(dataTable);
               con.Close();
            }
        }
    }
you can also use Bulk Insert statements in a store procedure
Create procedure spBulkEntry
as
begin


BULK INSERT Sales
FROM 'C:\temp\1500000 Sales Records.csv'
WITH (FIRSTROW = 2,
    FIELDTERMINATOR = ',',
    ROWTERMINATOR='\n',
    BATCHSIZE=250000,
    MAXERRORS=2);

end
If you have to insert records one by one then you are not looking for bulk insert and should go like below
foreach (var item in List)
{
    SqlCommand cmd = new SqlCommand(insertQuery);
    cmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@name", item.Name);
    cmd.ExecuteNonQuery();
}
