We have a desktop application in .Net which injects 30 mails per minute to SMTP.
We know using Multithreading and Asynchrous method it can increase upto a serious good speed.
We are looking for someone who can increase this injection upto 1500 mails per minute.
Our volumes are large and look for someone from bulkmail industry to do this at a price agreed to both.
