Button Click Event

I want to make a simple form that will allow me to click a button and it will store the following information. Date Time and User that has click the button this is for a dotnetnuke site so i can have it grabe the user name from the Database there.

Start by creating a Forms application, then drag a button from the toolbox to the form, then add a handler for the button click event and put some code there. If you don't understand that much then it would be best if you get a book to help you get started. There might be beginner articles in this web site that can help you.
