Button click event is not firing?

Question

In my code button click event is not firing ,just 10 mins back also its worked  but suddenly I don't what's gone wrong but it's not raising but validations raising(because validations are asp.net validations),only the problem is I can't able to insert the data into database,I checked in run time by keeping the break point but click event event is not at all comming to code behind ,so can any one help me what is going wrong??
