Hi when you use try catch block in exception handler the finally block will always run and destroy the objects sunch as database connection,memorystreams,filestreams,etc

To ensure that the object will be disposed even if it hits the catch block. Actually you don't need to use Finally block at all. Instead use the Using Statement when dealing with objects that eat resources such as database connections, memorystreams, filestreams and etc..
