C# code for tracking algorithm used for removal of film artifacts in an mri image

I need a source code for tracking algorithm to remove the artifacts in an mri image.
I have also attached the paper on tracking algoritm for refrence .This the first module of our project "brain tumor detection" and we have the submission of this module very soon.Please reply as soon as possible.
