you don't need visual studio on client maching on which this software will execute.

that PC will need to have respective Dot Net Framework version along with MS access 2007 or MS access driver

You can create an installer which will check for this and install dependencies.

I suggest you to close this question and ask new one with any problem you face in installing

Now I have completed my desktop dataentry software with C# and visual studio 2015 connected with MS Access database 2007. Now I want to handover it to anybody to run in his computer without installing visual studio. Please tell me how he will run it alongwith databse?
