I am opening a SQL server instance using different window account by run as command in command prompt.

I want to connect Sql server by c# if I am using different window account.

yes why not you can connect but what error you are getting.

No Sql server authentication.

Can you change the authentication type to SQL Server Authentication? I'm assuming you have access to the SQL server and permission to add SQL user to both server.

Hi Bryian,

I need to shift data from one DB to another which exist on different window domain.
If I open VS using one window credential then unable to connect to another DB.

Hmmm. What if you run VS using run as command also
