C# 2D array in Window form

I have to print 2D array on window form by getting number of rows and column by user on run time ,,, how could I print 2D array in richtextbox or gridview with by getting number of rows and column on run time ???? Value of index does not matter ...!

try

int[,] array2Da = new int[Convert.ToInt32(Textbox1.Text), 
Convert.ToInt32(Textbox2.Text)]

suppose the value of

Textbox1.Text is 4 and Textbox2.Text is 2 then at run time it will be like

int[,] array2Da = new int[4, 2] 

where four is number of rows and two number of columns
