To understand C# or any code, you need to read and learn. First start reading basics of programming. If you do not know what a program is, how it works, what does it do, why do we need code, then first you need to learn computer programming fundamentals.

 

If you already know computer basics, then C# is just another language. You start with some intro documents, or from a book. Go to BOOKS section of this site and there is a free book on C# for Beginners that explains from basics.
