C# .net 2002 crystal report export to excel

Hi All, Some one please help me to to export crystal report to excel. i am using .net 2002 sdk and crystal report version 9. generating crystal report by UDL connection with some parameters passed from code behind. i am unable to export the report. thank you, Suresh
